1. Explain two ways the characters and/or events in the extract fit the action adventure genre. [10] 

The events fit the action adventure genre because it involves weapons; when a film uses weapons of some sort it is almost guaranteed that it is action adventure. In the clip it is very obvious that there is some sort of war going on, it includes bombs going off hitting different ships as there is a war between them both.This causes concern to the rest of the crew on board the ship who are attacking back. There is a lot of panic and distress as bombs are go off in all directions this shows the genre because there is a lot of action and running which causes noise from everywhere making it a action scene.
